Rock The Street, Wall Street (RTSWS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering high school girls and university women by bringing the “M” in STEM to life through financial and investment education. Through classroom programs, mentorship, and real-world exposure to the financial industry, RTSWS equips students with the knowledge and confidence to pursue careers in finance and related fields.

By partnering with industry professionals and leading firms, RTSWS bridges the gap between education and careers—helping students build financial literacy, gain access to role models, and explore opportunities in the capital markets. Their mission is to expand participation in finance and support the next generation of diverse leaders in the industry.
