Lisa is a Managing Director at Link Ventures, where she focuses on early-stage companies leveraging large datasets, machine learning, and AI to drive personalization, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making. She and her team support companies beyond the seed stage, providing proven go-to-market strategies and seasoned technical leadership.
Lisa has led sourcing and underwriting for companies including Mercor (AI recruiting), Trust & Will (digital estate planning), Canela Media (digital TV), Kintsugi (AI for sales tax compliance), Caribou (auto insurance and refinancing), Payzen, and Anomaly (AI in healthcare payments). She currently serves as a Board Director or Observer for several Link Ventures portfolio companies, including Control Plane, Kintsugi, Shop Diddo, Trust & Will, Healthcare.com, Canela Media, and Anomaly.
Prior to Link Ventures, Lisa worked in finance at JPMorgan Investment Bank, American Express, and Samson Capital Advisors (now Fiera Capital). While at Columbia Business School, she founded Savile Row Society, a men’s shopping platform, overseeing product and business development.
Lisa holds a B.A. in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she remains an active member of the Second Decade Society.
